Jayquana Collections Return and Refund Policy
Jayquana Collections is a print-on-demand store. Each item is made after the order is placed, so we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@jayquana.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we will determine whether a replacement, reprint, or refund is appropriate.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can review the tracking information and assist with the next steps.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing, colors, and shipping information before placing an order. Once an order is submitted, it may not be possible to cancel or change it because production may begin quickly.
