Jayquana Collections Shipping Policy

Jayquana Collections is a print-on-demand online store. This means many items are made after an order is placed. Because products are produced on demand, order processing and shipping times may vary based on the product type, production time, destination, carrier service, and order volume.
Order Processing
Most print-on-demand orders are fulfilled within a few business days before they are shipped. Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
Shipping Time
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
International Shipping
Jayquana Collections plans to offer international shipping as the store expands. International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times may vary by country and product. International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees required by their country.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Jayquana Collections is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If your package appears lost or has not updated for an extended period, contact us at contact@jayquana.com with your order number so we can review the issue and assist with the next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@jayquana.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
